I had this Wings muffler on my 701. With the baffle in it was quieter than my DRZ400 OEM muffler side by side at idle. Very nice product.

Easy to follow install - seemed glitch-less. A/B 'ing the sound at the end was helpful as well. Curious as to how 'adhesive' the wings decal/logo thingie is. Not fond of its size or placement. The total weight saving (?) and better heat transfer make this seem like a wise purchase. Thanks for your content - enjoy those ride videos as well.

It runs great. Some backfiring when decelerating with no throttle.

Should you of took the round sealing ring/gasket and put it on the Wings link pipe? It’s missing when you put it together in this video. Cheers

Why did you wipe the exhaust down with WD-40?
If you don’t clean it after the install (I’m assuming it’s titanium) your fingerprints and smudges are permanently on the muffler once it’s heated up. You can’t get rid of it.

And what’s your opinion which one is better big one or small one for nice sound ?
All depends on your preference. I run them both but prefer the quiet insert.
One is too quiet, the other one is a tiny bit louder but still too quiet, without a baffle it's painfully loud (there is a noticeable power difference without baffle if you have an autotune for power commander). Replaced this junk with tekmo and never looked back, much higher quality with better fit and finish that looks like it's actually been designed for this bike and not a universal fit with parts to make it fit, more pleasant and reasonable sound level without silencers (can have two at the same time there, or just one, or none) while still providing increased performance, you do pay significantly more for it though.

@@thisiswherethefunbegins I went from wings to tekmo titanium header + wings to all tekmo
@@volodymyrshoniia2424 Sounds great man, one more thing: the Tekmo muffler do not fit any pipe but the the Tekmo one. If anybody wanna upgrade, take the Tekmo pipe first, then the muffler.
