I like it all, but couldnt you spring for a sill plate with a hole for the bottom locking door rod?
Drilling into wood like that, just not the quality like the rest of the building IMHO.

shouldnt the roof lip go outside the walls?
doesnt that leak the way they installed that?
did they do it wrong?
