Chameleon central vacuum - they tried to introduce that sort of thing decades ago, but we all have cordless vacuums now, no need to be fixed to anything in the wall, no bending to plug things in, no dragging anything behind you.

Dobrý deň, je to všetko pekné, využívajúce moderné technológie. Ja by som to však nechcela ani zadarmo a ani bez následných nákladov, ktoré sú isto nemalé. U mňa je všetko na dosah a na dohľad a aj tak mám všade poriadok. Tak ja len toľko, pozdravujem .👋👋👋

掃除のホース収納は便利そうでだけど収納スペースや耐久性考えると普通の掃除機で良い。集塵装置は家の大きさとか考えると結構高額だろうし、途中で詰まると修理大変だし集塵機壊れれば高額になるし、設置費用などの割にメリット少ない。

I question the reliability and durability of these gadgets and gimmicks. Some of them are solutions in search of a problem. Ingenious? Some of them are. Practical? Most of them are not.
Then there is a danger factor. What happens to a person in the basement when your hidden staircase closes off the way out of the basement and the electricity goes off, and nobody knows you are trapped. Or your car is trapped in the basement because the electricity goes off and now you can’t go to work or the grocery store or to the hospital or, worse case scenario, you cannot evacuate because of a storm or a fire?
Then there is the situation we are living in today where we need more electricity’s to run our homes, but we need cleaner and cleaner energy due to climate change. All of those “wonderful” inventions that require electricity are just adding to the problem and are not useful when your electric company announces rolling blackouts.

They all look fun but are very time wasting using motors to bring them out and return them away.
All these smart innovations are useful...but...need POWER available😅
Also they need to be in a home location far too expensive for most people.

I remember the tiny Apartment with all those incredible innovations that costs same as the amount of a big Apartment
Most could be fitted with pulleys & counterweights to operate manually… personally a preferred setup.
If the waste bins are concealed and not readily available they will not be used as their intention.
I quite like the idea. I only access my outdoor bins once a week when it's time to empty the indoor bins for refuse collection day.
The concealed billiard table seems a bit silly, if you were prepared to spend upwards of $75,000 bucks keeping it secret, everyone would know you were insane anyway..
The hidden guns in the bed headboard was a strange and chilling example to use…

I’m sure glad that theTV “can be turned on whenever you want”. It would be a heck of a thing if it only went on, when it wanted. (Yes, it’s sarcasm!)
Some are not so good, like the countertop that becomes a sink, that will cause mold in no time. Some are cool, but all are expensive!

The vacum cleaner is really old ..also the cost of going soooo deep in the ground for making such a garage basement is up to the roof soo..
Then, if there is no electricity, nothing works, you can't even get out of the garage.
