    Vandami Bhante, how are you. Hope you are doing well. I have a message for the sangh office :- If someone can translate this wisdom into a regional language or even the national language of that country; It would have deep penetration among the masses. Lots of Metta... ❤

    Thank you Bhante for explaining the Anapanasati correctly. Very few priests explain this accurately. Sadhu, Sadhu, Sadhu. I believe Nirvana is attained through Panna and not merely from Samadhi. Observing the breath alone does not lead to realization.
    “Anicchanu passi ……….” Sadhu, Sadhu, Sadhu.
