mine was leaking. Checked the drain. No water coming out. Checked filters. Condenser was a block of ice. Defrosted , ran fan mode and dabbed with towel. It had been running constantly for four or five days thru heat wave with high humidity. Works fine now. Over all I like it but with ALL heat sources ( and cooling) , have back-up.

The 6th reason is that the blower is not sloped correctly toward the drainage side.

You mean the Drain Pan is Not Sloped
