- If you come to Armenia YOU HAVE TO go to Lake Sevan! This is definitely one of the most beautiful places in the country and is the main body of water since Armenia is a landlocked country. It is only an hour drive from Yerevan so it is easy to do a day trip to the area or you can stay overnight at a hotel on the lake or a B&B in Sevan City. I would highly recommend trying some of the local seafood, chatting with the very friendly locals and just take in the beautiful mountain lake view. Hope you enjoy the video! xx

As always, I always love the different foods you try, even the drinks. Amazing how so many places have their own way of preparing and it appears they want you to try everything. The smoked fish looked fresh. You may have it in the Great Lakes in Canada too. Try to steam the fish in wine or water, with some herbs for approx. 10 min/cm thickness. It's an excuse for opening a bottle of wine. Then it rarely turns mushy.
