We were right there with ya...! On Haight Street or SOuth of Market in the clubs of San Francisco 1987 to 1991.. I went to Belgium to peddle my music, and ended up meeting a few cool people over 4 weeks spent there. Stayed with one band that was on KK records. Great experience. Never will I forget Flanders.
You went I hope in boccaccio in Destelbergen. The best club those years.

I know. Whe had a strong EBM/New Beat scene here in Germany. There was just a screening of a new documentary here in Berlin which deals with the development in Belgium in the mid eigthies to the mid nineties.
