Am waiting for my oven to be serviced so couldn't make the shortcakes but substituted a hot milk sponge cake from the freezer. Will definitely make this again & try the shortcake recipe. Looking yummy..can I use something other Then coconut oil..also I finally dice my strawberries when I make my shortcake..when you have time can you recommend a nice but not overly sugary cheesecake..thanks..we need a little more diabetic friendly recipes..
