I watched this video maybe two hours ago. As I type this I’ve got shortcake in my belly 😆 Had to make it as soon as I saw it. Lovely recipe that I’ll be making many more times. I was diagnosed with celiac disease several months ago so it’s a big adjustment. This hit the spot! I whipped cream but subbed white and yellow peaches macerated with sugar lemon juice and orange zest. Was tasty with the almond. I can’t wait to have one with butter and jam tomorrow morning 😋 thank you and I can’t wait to try your other recipes!

Wow, not only does this look amazing but I'm sure it tastes even better. It looks so bright, fresh and so cozy (if that makes sense lol). When I make this, I'll also try grating some lemon zest on top. Cannot improve on perfection but curious to see how that'll taste 🙂

I am allergic to all nuts, can I just use all purpose flour?
Hi Nicole! Yes you can use more all purpose flour in place of the almond flour. The shortcakes won't be quite as tender but will still be delicious!
