I use turmeric powder but don’t know the best one sorry. But l buy turmeric plant it a root. It looks like ginger but turmeric is orange. I’m now growing it for my first time. The plant makes yr hands go orange so l use disposable gloves. If you add black pepper with turmeric you will get 200% more benefit with yr body as the two together we e we works wonders

Very good point, black pepper helps with absorption and keeps it in your system longer. Turmeric is fat soluble. Adding coconut oil or cream also helps with absorption.
