Earlier we prepared salted chicken, and today we bring a recipe for salted turkey drumstick, without a drop of oil. A great recipe that you must try.
WE WILL NEED:
turkey / chicken
500 g of salt
butter with herbs
butter
parsley
AND THE RECIPE IS:
✅ Spread the salt in a pan and place baking paper underneath
✅ Wash and dry the turkey drumsticks and coat with butter and herbs
✅ Arrange the meat directly on the salt and put it in the oven to bake for 60 minutes at 220°C. Halfway through cooking, turn the meat over
✅ As a side dish, we make potatoes with butter. Boil potatoes and briefly fry them in butter. Add the dry mixture of spices and parsley
