  • Assalamu alaikum and Hi friends...hope you all are doing good??today I came with an interesting recipe video which is easy and cheap vada recipe...this easy and tasty medu vada or flour vada is made of semolina and flour with some leafy vegetables...so this vada recipe will be very healthy and also very tasty too....
    And I shared a curryleaves sambol recipe with some curry leaves and mint leaves from my home garden...this karuwapila sambol or curry leaves sambol will be a perfect side dish to eat with this medu vada....
    Urad dal is so expensive in Srilankan now a days...and also no goods to buy even if we have money so if you are a urad dal or medu vada lover,must give a try to this vada recipe,you will never get disappointment....hope this video will be useful...Thanks a lot for your love and support..take care and stay safe...

    Ingredients:
    FOR MAKING VADA DOUGH:
    *Semolina/Rava-200g
    ^Flour[Plain flour or atta]-200g
    *Green chili-as your taste
    *Curry leaves
    *Dwarf copper leaves or leeks or spring onion-a handful
    *Cumin seed-1 tea sp
    *Salt
    *Dry yeast-three quarter TBsp
    *Pepper powder-half tea sp
    *Curd or yoghurt-4 TB sp
    *Water-as needed
    FOR MAKING CURRY LEAVES SAMBOL:
    *Curry leaves-a handful
    *Mint leaves-1 TB sp
    *A piece of onion
    *Green chili-as your taste
    *Fresh coconut-3 TB sp
    *Salt
    *Lemon juice -2 tea sp or as your taste
