@creatine addict sleeves don’t really add any weight but I would recommend SBD sleeves . They can do but it would be only 10pounds max and they would have to be super tight which wouldnt be allowed at a meet and that’s not their purpose . Purpose is to provide proprioceptive feedback on your knee position and reduce knee pain by keeping joints warm.
@creatine addict at a meet I was at they made us walk in a straight line and if you were waddling they made u switch sleeves to something less tight lol but maybe that’s not the norm
@creatine addict it was at BDFPA meet but I’ve been to multiple and this only happened once so I don’t think it’s standard . I feel like they might have been checking for wraps under sleeves more than anything. Yeah that’s quite common and another thing I’ve seen a few times is people putting Vaseline under armpits to reduce friction on deadlifts when locking out.
Are you natural? You see to have put on a lot of strength and size since you started your channel, maybe not an unrealistic amount to be natural, but only if you have amazing genetics
@@benjaminmacintyre349 That’s insane. I definitely don’t think you should take anything now, but if your deadlift naturally caps at around 350, I definitely wouldn’t advise against it...
@@asgeryde-csgoskincontent3291 Well, from a standpoint of someone who competed; I've seen higher squats being green lit and lower squats being red. Conclusion is, don't allow judges to guess, go deep enough so there's no question because there's no worse feeling than being failed on a succesful squat because of depth.

little high but nice
He goes just slightly below parallel on most reps, if u go back and watch the stream from yesterday i showed his depth from the side at one point.
