Love the bag. My recommendation would be to switch that bulky towel to a microfiber one. You can save lots of space and less weight by doing so. Awesome video.
My pleasure to share! I actually worked in summer camps for a long time, but in the USA. From what I saw, teenagers brought about 6 times the amount of stuff they'd actually need. I'm not really sure what summer camp looks like in Europe. But this bag would be good for traveling with a lot of stuff because it's a big bag that has the rolling and carrying option. As as additional carry-on, I recommend the backpack I use now, which is the Shrradoo 52L. You can find that video here: ruclips.net/video/0NX2BLshCjs/видео.html
Sorry it's hard for me to answer your question because I'm using some different bags right now and I'm overseas. It's a great bag though, I'll be looking forward to using it again, because one of the bags I'm using now just lost a wheel where I don't think the Osprey would have any problem with that.
It looks smaller than the backpack version. Plus the farpoint 40 has compression straps. I bought a small collapsible hand truck to lug the backpack around in an airport because it gets heavy but it's the only time I need it. I was wondering about this wheeled version so thanks for the video!
Did the collapsible hand truck work out for you? If so, do you have any recommendations for a specific brand/model? I've been researching them because I'd rather go a touch smaller than any of the available carry-on wheeled/backpack hybrids so I don't have to stress about carryon being rejected for international travel.
@@yaowsers77 Hope you have a good trip! : - ) I've just been down the rabbit hole and found the TOPO Global Travel Bag Roller with backpack straps that's a bit smaller at 13.5"w x 21"h x 9"d, but I still like the idea of buying a roller exoskeleton instead of a whole new bag. I hope that works out for you!
I wonder if there is a way to add an attachable hip/waist belt to this? Love the look of this bag and very tempted but I'm worried it could get uncomfortable carrying.
I must have missed something. Near the end of the video you wanted to see if it still works as a carry on while packed. You packed it but never stated if it still fits as a carry on. Does it? Thanks ... and otherwise good video.

Thanks for this overview. I've been considering getting this and pairing it with the matching Osprey Daylite 26+6 backpack.
My pleasure! Hope u found what you're looking for :)
Thank you for the review. Would even more appreciate if you could give idea how a teenager travel for a summer camp in Europe using this.

When it is fully loaded does it tip over when standing upright? What about adding a personal bag on top - is it still sturdy? 3:36

I wouldn’t use this a hiking pack … but that’s what the wheels are for 😁
