I looked at a lot of backpacks before deciding to luxrul their bag. I'm so glad I did. This is a beautiful backpack that looks well made. I bought it for an upcoming trip and am so excited to have it. It only took a few days to get here, so the shipping was fast. I highly recommend it and will buy again. It also makes a great gift.
Very helpful comparison. I would have gone with the wheeled Daylite for convenience and occasionally using as backpack. The inside mesh pocket and outside pockets seem useful. It will save back during long immigration and security lines. I am deciding between the Farpoint 40l and this Daylite wheeled.
I love my Daylite wheeled duffel for my carry on. I take a packable backpack as my personal item. I don't always need it, but it's nice to have, just in case and doesn't take up a lot of room in the bag. Have fun in Peru!
Transporter 40L is the only winner here if you value quality over the budget price... I have two similar top-botch duffel bags for travel: - thule crossover 44L as cabin luggage - gregory alpaca 65L as checked-in luggage From my experience, both these are in direct competition with osprey transporter series = similar in quality and materials, and they worth every penny you spend on them! Proven with all my post-covid travels from Bucharest to Vancoucer, from Vancouver to Winnipeg, from Bucharest to Prague, Budapest, etc all over Europe... Daylite in terms of materials feels cheap and not worth the compromise, sorry!
While each airline can vary a little bit, the bag seems to fit the parameters for every airline I’ve looked into. I’m currently using it on an international trip with multiple flights and have not had any problems.
