  • Hello, here’s one of my favorite Macaron flavors in Mango.
    Macarons
    Weight measurements
    100 grams egg whites (room temp)
    100 grams granulated sugar
    140 grams almond flour
    140 grams powdered sugar
    Pinch cream tartar
    Few drops Yellow gel coloring or 1 tsp mango flavoring
    Cup measurements
    3 large egg whites
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 1/4 cups almond flour
    1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
    Pinch cream tartar
    Few drops yellow gel coloring or 1 tsp mango flavoring
    Mango buttercream filling
    1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
    1/2 cup butter (room temp)
    1 1/2 Tbsp smash fresh Mango or purée
    1 tsp mango flavoring (if using extract then 1/2 tsp)
    Bake at 310 F for 12-15 minutes. Time and temp will vary base upon your oven. Mines are baked for 14 minutes at 310F.
