    hey so i dont know if you have any tips but ive been relaxing my body and just using technique and im in middle school 8th grade i threw two prs yesterday 120 and 121 and im throwing over a hundred constantly i just need to know if its good and how should i use my body cordination in my throws like say my muscles because i havent been using them and im 5'9 189 pounds

      Bro snatch is just an explosive moment,focus on broad jumps,box jumps ,bound etc

    But my coach tells that i have to run and run two ,two days and throwing 1day in a week is enough ,is that right ?

      throw 5 times a week. do short 20 to 30 meter sprints once to twice per week
