Love the videos I hope I can be like your advance throws as I start freshmen this year I throw 115 feet hope I can throw 130 feet at the end of October
Love the videos from all of your channels mate. I coach Middle School Track and Field in the Spring and come from a long distance back ground (not throwing). Would love to see some videos done for MS athletes with specific throwing technique drills as well as body weight exercises to help their development.

Great video, thank you! Just wondering where does the actual throwing training fit with this? I have 2 throwing training sessions a week, sometimes 3. So finding it a bit hard to fit a lot of gym work around it.
I want week workout plan like which sets and what exercise to do in gym like deadlifts, snatched and complete plan I have been practicing like a whole year and gyming everyday but no improvement in my shot put distance
then when we will throw discus if we kept lifting weights?
Sir can i get some more tips like can I get whole workout plan for gym as I am an athelete too I am shot put thrower
No short-sprints, weighted sprints or core ? Also I kinda missing some heavy throws.
