Been meditating since I was 17, now 29 listening to this man along with many others. I need a year to focuse on meditating only. But I love how much it's helped my life. Meditate be awareness itself and feel the intensity of life passing through you. Third eye is very blissful. Always

May I ask, I do alkaline breathing and breath of fire, abs breath holds laying down , it’s 9 rounds lasts about 30 minutes . I do this before bed is this right ? How long did it take for u to open your 3rd eye and start seeing these beings ?
@@leokirby2711 breathing techniques all only help to quiet the mind. That's what you must do, quiet the mind become empty then everything else will come to you. The less you do the more you'll see.

When I did shivanga sadhana, I experienced the drugging effect of the pineal, but only for 2-3 minutes....it was awesome but very short duration...after that my life has never been the same.

Same happened with me...and from that moment I initiated into shambhavi and I am practicing shambhavi sadhana to again get that moment. It was like happiest moment. I hope I will get that kick again.

In Isha we don't advise sadhaks and seekers to share their experiences especially so vividly.
Because experience is different to everyone and new sadhaks will practice with expectations.
I too had an experience during shivanga sadhna which can't be explained in words but nothing like this kind of ecstatic thing.
The one thing I know immediately, just by listening, is when someone has never had their third eye opened. This guru has not explained in any way what happens when your third eye opens.His wisdom and teachings I listen to all the time, he is an exceptional guru, but my third eye has opened. And nothing he has said here explains that experience in any way.If someone has experienced their pineal gland igniting and yours has ,also...what they say you will know right away, if theirs was ever opened. Right away you would know! I seek out others on the internet, like myself . But so far I have listened, and found none.
Tap into me... Idk these definitions but I know for a fact something is up with me. Example of how I feel now, kinda gives you a Dragon ball z vibe, I feel like a super human now in a setting amongst programmed people in which they are mentally slaved to these systems that were created.. you can see the difference from yourself and other humans.. the signs aren't coming in small numbers, the signs are everyday all day like someone is following you n watching your every move n moment.. I have the most purest heart but I still get gawked at and people try to assassinate my character.. I see things through a much more clear lense.. my imagination can reach unheard of limits.. tap in with me.. I mastered the Ohio lottery, sports betting is rigged n I mastered n learned that from fan duel.. I'm brilliant with numbers, numbers are everything.. I'm located in Cleveland Ohio in a setting of poverty, in which people dying around the neighborhoods every single day in the worst way .go look up the Clevelandremembrancepage on Instagram and scroll down, you'll see the path of destruction of a system in Cleveland Ohio that has been accelerated... You see you've came across none, I have so much in my mental, I wish I could converse with some big hats in the field. I felt like how you felt, that's y I chose to slide you this small msg.. life is so beautiful though once you get this...

Mine just opened during the solar eclipse. Sounds crazy.
Through systematic meditation one can awaken the third eye and touch the cosmic awareness. Sushumna nadi is the subtle pathway in the spinal cord which passes through the main psychic centers. The awakening of these centers means a gradual expansion of awareness, until it reaches the cosmic awareness. 🔥❤️
It's a shame there is no step-by-step tutorial how to achieve this :-/
In the non-linear perception there is no step by step. It will all fall into place when things are aligned.
My third I opened a couple days after a „Somatic Experiencing“ Session like Peter Levine teaches to heal stored trauma. It was verry intense and I never expected it nor I knew what the third I meant to be.

@@TwistedReality108 Yep, multiple, but they *did* nothing particular in terms of perception. The best so far was the Wim Hof breathing, but that's due to the oxygen levels in the brain, so that's...different :)

I like that one. Since we all view the world differently, others see us different than we see ourselves. So they may think worse or better about us than we ourselves do.
I’ve been aware of the presence of my pineal gland since childhood.
Now I’m in my 60s, the power still increases.
Haven’t drank fluoridated water in over 25 years.
The extra sensory awareness occurs daily.
Also the suppression of this knowledge is a real thing.

Wow I really love this channel it really opens up your prospective on things I am grateful for this channel. If only everyone had the power to be open minded to learn things and try new methods.
I feel like a key point that is missed in most 3rd eye videos Ive seen, is the fact that once its open you will experience lsd/dmt/shrooms like visuals/patterns. Its very intense at first then gets fainter but doesnt go away. This can become very bothersome when trying to sleep or meditate. Colors will be enhanced and whatevers in your head..bad or good will come out..and this can be scary asf. lol Theres also the constant pulsating in the forehead region.
Sounds like a cracked open third eye, before its time. You are calling on which Deities/Masters?

I have been practicing meditation for 8 years ...and done thousands upon thousands of hours of meditations and guided hypnosis...I finally gave up on opening my third eye.. and so in the last few months I have this tingling sensation in my third eye...I don't care about what anyone or anything thinks or does to me. I can consciously understand everything people want to say to me as the utter their first word. I see it all before it is spoken. Am I insane 😃 or just on the edge 🤔
When you stop trying, things happen. You stopped and released the longing. It works for everything but the hardest part is letting go. Once you do that, the rewards are endless.
