Not sure what video you watched but saw very little leg training going on, mostly some calisthenics and sprinting ... hardly any weight training at all

Having several of those injuries myself and seeing how well he has healed, you can still see the last few bits of pain as he power through those static exercises. Oh.. the memories. And the surgeries. Henry is a fit and lucky man.

I wish I could afford the personal physiotherapist to fix me! I had a worse injury in September and nowhere near running yet. He is doing really well and hope this didn't affect the action in season 2

Love it. Just a tip for your indoor reps. Slower is better. Especially when u recover and need to retrain ur neural receptors. Even 3 seconds for each rep .
I consider this "creature" too perfect, so perfect that sometimes I wonder if he is not an alien. That is until I see a close-up frame of his face talking and notice his lower teeth, I love them!. It makes him human again, at least for me; I think adorable and in some weird kind of way even more perfect. I kind of love the fact that he hasn't fix them. I hope he never does. It would make him too plastic almost like a live version of Ken the Barbie doll and for sure I wouldn't love that. Keep it going Henry!! I just love to see you, kind of put a smile on my face all the times.

I consider this "creature" too perfect, so perfect that sometimes I wonder if he is not an alien. That is until I see a close-up frame of his face talking and notice his lower teeth, I love them!. It makes him human again, at least for me; I think adorable and in some weird kind of way even more perfect. I kind of love the fact that he hasn't fix them. I hope he never does. It would make him too plastic almost like a live version of Ken the Barbie doll and for sure I wouldn't love that. Keep it going Henry!! I just love to see you, kind of put a smile on my face all the times.
