Love the two buddies out and about🙏
Ahh man scallops were MEGA!!!! And ikura PLEASE!!!! 👌🏻
That view at Starbucks was nice guys!! 👍🏻✌🏻
Cool market. Thank you for sharing it. ✌️
Oh no...I actually had Abuya-san on my list when I visit Hakodate. This is so sad. I hope he found something that makes him happy...:(
See food yummy. However sad to eat the large crab. Hakodate market looks kind of lonely now. Very unusual gachapon. Rio may need a squid pillow. Nice Starbucks.
Missed it live when it's done together with John and PVG anytime is a good time to watch. Peter always finds the humor as John is the information expert making for entertaining streams thanks for another one.
Clown Chowder! Lol! :-)
Lol!
Agreed..clowns are just creepy!
ill head there in November for 2 days. Look like can get myself some nice seafood :)
Looks like John keep taming Peter, “Don’t sit on priority seat!” “They can hear and understand you”, real big brother haha
Love it when you Two guys are together. Informative and entertaining. Keep up the great work 👍🗾🏍️🏍️
I think you probably had a mince pie; in Wales we have them at Christmas. No meat and delicious. And you cannot beat a roast dinner; especially as they are so easy to do.
You guys are great I always watch only in Japan I am living in London but my wife is there in Tokyo I will be moving to Japan 2023 .been there so many times first time was 2003 .I was touring in a band called huge baby .Japan is amazing sending positivity and good energy from London be safe on motorcycles
This is my daily dose of Japan. Actually, day and night. Thanks, Jonh and Peter!
Ah i missed the live streaming.. Btw it's 10k more to 300k subscribers, John!
That's great!
Can't wait u gain your 1 million subscribers back!
“Lick your food” 😂
Awaiting the motorcycle ride
Peter, bangers and mash 😋
Used to eat it all the time in NYC
Ah…good memories from when I was a meat-eater
Thank you, gentleman 👋🏼
Hahaha another bromance coffee date and adventure. Sharing a cinnamon roll is the most ultimate romantic act.
Aloha 🤙 from Honolulu!
Laurel and Hardy at it again
With friends like that who needs cinnamon rolls.
😂
Thanks, Jonh and Peter. ⸜(。˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝
WHEN ARE YOU PLANNING TO STREAM IN 1080p ?? Most streamers use prism already !!!
Hakodate! Go to Benten Sushi in the hills(8-10 Yachigashiracho),if your still there, owner and his wife are super friendly and the sushi was excellent.
Yamayoshi coffee is also a really cute coffee spot.
I've seen 6 videos in the past week about Lucky Pierrot in Hakkodate and they have all had amazingly positive reviews. You gotta try it, John!
It was our dinner! I’ll have to live stream it but lost part of my gimbal. :(
Why did you spend so much time on nothing, instead of talking about what you can see?😖
Having a bad day Sue? I know things will get better. Hang in there.
There's not much to see, I'm here to see Peter though
Enjoy the petite SV. Those were very popular back in the day, in the 650cc size here in the US. I enjoyed many miles on a Suzuki Vstrom 650 with basically the same engine. I later got the Vstrom 1000 but the 650 was arguably better overall.
@33:23 im glad my family’s not the only one who says “alcohol your hands” 😂😂
Hi John and Peter 👋 that crab is masssive 😲 i never seen a crab that big..the market looks pretty cool
you know youre old when u ignore he ps5 on the prize cabinet lol
Haha!! I totally did. No time for games unless it’s legos with my son.
Yessss❤❤❤ I’ve been there too cable car and can see view of Hakodate
Is Peter going to do a Travel Channel?-I can't listen to murders (I'll have nightmares)
No problem Michelle- my stories aren’t gory. Give it a listen ‘Homicide Inc.’ 😊 Travel channel… maybe no time soon but local Tokyo stuff yes
I hope so, he’d be great in it.
I missed this totally , good stream , thank you anyway guys for this one , watching it now 🙂👍!!!
The town is so empty
They always try to film in less populated areas, early in the morning/late at night or they keep the camera pointed away from other people.
It’ll pick up. It was still a little early.
You were explaining the difference between kaisendon and a domburi then broke off. What is the difference?
Kaisendo is raw seafood over rice...sushi and domburi is cooked meats or eggs or shrimp tempura over rice usually with sauce
海鮮丼 v 丼物 Seafood bowl v bowl "thing" so Kaisen is a subset of Doburi.
Focus, John! Focus! He is easily distracted lol.
One of the things I want to do going to Hokkaido is that cool morning market. Thanks for letting me travel without being able to travel yet.
So great sharing another trip with you and Peter❣
Thanks for the stream always fun to watch and entertaining with you guys
Can you please do a don quiote visit?
Hoping to go there in November!
I want to get there to Japan.
Sent a Thanks, for a Koden for that shop owner's wife. From a Buddhist, in San Francisco. Namu Amida Butsu. She is with her ancestors now. My cousin is in Tokyo, with his family. Thank you for this video, with PVG. Hope Kanae and Leo likes the "vacation".
Thanks!
Cute
You guys are a good duo. Hopefully you continue to make streams/projects together
So quiet market , not many peoples, look sad .
It felt that way but I’m sure it will get better soon :)
Totally agreed! The U.S. always good with coming up with ideas but could never achieved the level of perfection and cleanliness that Japan always have been adhered to. So inspiring and impressive of japan culture!
A show on the "Showa era" might be inline with the death of the queen. Seems to be talked about among some Japanese. I only now heard of it today. New to me.
This city is just so vibrant and because I love crabs and scallops, ate my worth of seafood during my stay. I can personally finish 6-10 crabs myself... Took home some fried stuff too, the best seaweed market too.
Looks so different in summer! Winter is magical in Hakodate.
Gacha looks fun!
Awesome video John. Sorry, for missing your live stream. Tell Peter hello.
It’s okay, we’ll be streaming and riding in a couple of hours. Peter told me how much fun you guys had riding, very jealous!
I've seen both the Hakodate and Nagasaki night views. Hakodate's is hands down way better!
Thanks for showing us around! You and Peter make such a good duo! Can’t wait until we can visit Japan again, Hakodate is on our list.
Good morning guy’s i been there too early morning eating onni
Thanks for this video John! I visited Hakodate in Oct. of 2019, but had to cut my stay there short due to an incoming typhoon that cancelled my original flight home. I didn’t get the chance to visit Abuya, sad to hear he had to shut down.
I was also at Hakodate back in Oct 2019. The typhoon missed both Hakodate and Aomori, it was clear sky on that day. Maybe for flights it is another story.
i am so envy of u
Ayyyyy shout out pdx and yea it’s gross here lots of plague frfr
