My grandpa worked in MWM factory back in the 70s and then came back to Greece and bought a Renault 751s with MWM motor in 1981. We still work together with our 751s without even a motor rebuilt, 40 years after it rolled out of the factory.
I once pulled out a slurry tanker truck that was stuck in a field up to it's axles , he had stupidly shunted it backwards and forwards until he was well and truly bogged down. (It had an all up weight 22 tonnes apparently, it was still full of slurry ) with my Renault tractor...... 2 wheel drive 781s, 78 hp! The truck driver was totally astonished. (Actually so was I!)
Great-First tractor my dad bought in 1972 wos a Renault 56 the Men who owned that tractor at last had 17000! Hours on the Counter and that tractor did really hard work chopping corn-Frontendloader Jobs.
