    Habe das bei allen beiden meiner Lampen mindestens 10mal probiert. Funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Wer sich so etwas ausdenkt hat einen Nobelpreis verdient 👍

      Lief hier bei 22 Lampen problemlos. Sofern man nicht zeitgleich die EGLO/AwoX/connectZ/... App offen hat geht as auch.

    This reset is a nightmare, it does not work at all. I've bought a Eglo Turcona-C 98565, lamp was not red after plugging it in and lamp is not reacting to remote at all. I've tried reset like 10 times already, it does not work, it always just glows white as usual. My on/off timing is very accurate, I'm doing everything in sync with the movie.

      Hello,
      please turn the lamp OFF for at least 30 seconds before performing the reset sequence.
      At the end of the sequence, the lamp should start flashing and after that shine in red.
      If this does not work, the lamp may be defective. Please exchange it for a new one at your local dealer!

      @@EGLOunited Unfortunately, it does not help. I've spent a total of ~3 hours on it. The previous Eglo lamp that I owned had no such issue. I'll contact the seller for a replacement.

    Worked perfectly fine. You just have to follow the video very precisely. If it doesn’t work first try a few times.

    Hallo, habe ein problem mit der deckenlampe. Bzw mein Sohn.
    Am anfang lief alles recht gut. Steuerung per app usw....
    Nun aber leuchtet die Lampe schach rot/rosa. Beim ausschalten per Lichtschalter dauert es einige Sekunden bis die Lampe aus ist. Ein reset funktioniert leider nicht.
    Was kann ich machen ? Grüße

    My lamp is Eglo 32589. It is not responding in the application, not able to add as a new device and this reset procedure is not working for me. Would it be so hard to add a simple button for factory reset? I've tried multiple times. It seems the lamp is totally dead. Do you have any other idea?

      Hello,
      please let the lamp shut OFF for at least 30 seconds before starting the reset sequence! Also perform the sequence by using the wall switch!

    Hallo. Ich wollte 3 dieser Eglo Led Connect Birnen an einem eizlenen 3er-Lüster anbringen. Das funktionniert nicht. Getrennt, an einer einzelnen Lampe funktionnieren sie.
    Kann es sein, dass die Glühbirnen sich keinen Stecker teilen können?

    Warum kann man da nicht einen kleinen Taster an dem Leuchtmittel integrieren? Notfalls innen, mit einem Loch - und dann kann man mit einer gebogenen Büroklammer gant leicht einen Reset machen .....
    Wollte man wieder mal 5 cent für ein Teil (den Taster) sparen?

      Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für die Produkte der Firma EGLO interessieren!
      Ein Reset Knopf ist aus unserer Sicht keine optimale Lösung. Wenn man beispielsweise 15 Leuchten oder mehr in einen Raum installiert hat, müsste man dann zu allen Leuchten immer einer Leiter nacheinander aufsteigen um diese zu resetieren. Deshalb haben wir uns für die oben angeführte Methode entschieden.

      this reset sequence is designed to stop children from resetting their home 5 times a day playing with the light switch ;) Have you tried to leave the lamp turned OFF for at least 30 sec. before starting with the sequence?

      @@Frkyji just look at the seconds on a stopwatch and switch light on and off (as the vid says) Correct timing is important

      Hallo,
      Bitte lassen Sie vor Beginn des Reset die Leuchten min 30 Sekunden ausgeschalten. Wiederholen Sie die Sequenz wenn nötig 2-3 mal.
      Dann sollte die Lampe ein paar Mal blinken und anschließend wieder beginnen, dauerhaft rot zu leuchten! Dann kann die Lampe wieder mit Ihren Controllern verbunden werden.

    i have an EGLO ceiling Lamp buyed yesterday. I cannot reset the lamp with this procedure and the App doesn't recognize it anymore. This procedure simply doesn't works anymore, at least with the last models.

    Hello, mine only seems to flash green like said in the video but never has shown me red at the end. I’m still unable to connect both bulbs I’ve purchased … Trying every tutorial there is ! Do you know what could be wrong ?

    Wir haben und eine Totari-C Ceiling Lampe gekauft ich kann sie leider nicht zurücksetzen, habe es nun öfters probiert. Die Fernbedienung ist in der APP hinterlegt aber die Lampe nicht. Mit der Fernbedienung kann ich es steuern. Hab auch Problem beim Eglo PLug PLus den mit der Alexa zu connecten. Bräuchte bisschen Unterstützung. Danke

      Dann sollte die Lampe ein paar Mal blinken und anschließend wieder beginnen, dauerhaft gedimmt zu leuchten! Dann kann die Lampe wieder mit Ihren Controllern verbunden werden.
      Sollte diese nach mehrmaligen Versuchen immer noch nicht funktionieren, könnte es sich um einend Defekt der Leuchte handeln. Bitte tauschen Sie diese dann einmal gegen eine neue aus!

      I've got the exact same problem with that particular panel, this reset procedure only warked with a smaller panel but not with this one

    I have tried this many times now but it wont work! The Lamp just keeps shining yellowish and the remote wont connect at all. Do you have any idea what I could do now? I have the EGLO Art.-Nr.:99417

      this issue does not affect the functionality of the lamp itself!
      it seems like the wrong software has been placed on it - but as mentioned - this only affects the picture and the name, We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience!
      If you want, you can change the name and the picture of the lamp within the app yourself!

    Hi, should this work also with ROMAO-C? I did reset of the remote controller and I need to pair remote controller with light. But I was not able to reset the light. When I turn light off, it takes several seconds before the light goes out (I guess takes some time to discharge the power adapter). Is this sequence really applicable if light does not go out and is still shining?

      okay, in order to perform the reset, you must adjust the sequnece to the delay of your lamp. otherwise the reset will not work.
      it can help to connect the lamp to a switchable plug in order to get rid of the delay.

    Schalte das Eglo Panel heute an, leuchtet nur noch blau (letzte Einstellung). Habe alle möglichen Reset-Varianten durchgespielt, aber kein Erfolg. Lampe gerade mal 2 Wochen alt! Wo liegt das Problem?

      Ich weiß die Antwort kommt etwas spät, aber ich glaube dass du den selben Fehler wie ich gemacht hast und dieser wäre: das Licht über die App an und auszuschalten. Du musst das Licht über den ganz normalen Lichtschalter wie in diesem Video erklärt ausschalten und die Zeitabstände genauestens einhalten. Freue mich über deine Rückmeldung

      @@SamCrafterr ok, alles klar. Bei mir lag es tatsächlich am alten Dimmschalter, der für die vorherige Lampe eingebaut war. Hier gibt es wohl Probleme mit der Spannung - je nach dem, wie der Schalter eingestellt ist - somit habe ich mir einen klassischen Kippschalter einbauen lassen, und - voilà, es funktioniert wieder einwandfrei. Danke für Deine Unterstützung!

    What if your lamp doesn't have multiple colors? Is there any other way to see if you reset it?

      Hello,
      If you have a tunable white luminaire, it will start blinking after the sequence - then shines in 100% for a few seconds and after it will dim itself down to 50%

    Ich habe 3 Pannel leuchten, 2 im Wohnzimmer und eine im Schlafzimmer. Seit ein paar Tagen ist mir aufgefallen, dass ich mit der Fernbedienung nur noch eine leichte im Wohnzimmer steuern kann (obwohl beide mit der selben Fernbedienung steuerbar sind). Ich habe auch versucht die Leuchte über die AwoX App zu steuern, leider ist diese in der App grau und beim anklicken kommt die Meldung 'nicht in Reichweite', selbst wenn ich darunter stehe. Ich habe die Leuchte aus der App gelöscht und wie auf der Webseite beschrieben mittels Fernbedienung resetet, leider klappt nichts. Irgend eine Idee? Kann was mit dem Sensor in der Leuchte nicht stimmen?

    I ve got a sealing lamp, it isn't a connect product. How do I reset this lamp? Since the lamp it's behavior doesn't correspond to the input of the remote! When I want to change its color temperature it just goes to a brighter mode. Also on and off buttons do not work.

    Hi, I did a resent on my lamp and now it’s red as it is supposed to be, however I can not pair the remonte even knowing I tried to reset it as well, what should I do?

      Hello,
      so now please reset the remote following this instruction:
      Please Hold the „ON“ Button and the „color-Cycle“ Button
      and hold them simultaneously until the LED on the remote starts blinking.
      Then the remote is reset to factory setting. Now you can connect the two products again.

    Did the reset but my lamp doesn't save last Light selected. As soon as I turn the switch off and turn the Light on it altas start red and hsve to use app to change.

    Doesn't work for me. After having worked perfectly the day before, one morning my lamp started to slowly blink red and I cannot connect to it any more via smartphone although the app recognizes the lamp to be turned on, when it's turned on. So I deleted the lamp in the app and tried to reconenct to it. The app finds the lamp, but cannot connect to it. So I tried this procedure. The reset however doesn't work, it just goes back to slowly blinking in red. Any advice?

      Besteht eventuell eine zeitliche Verzögerung zwischen dem drücken am Lichtschalter und eigentlichem ausschalten der Leuchte?

      @@EGLOunitedKönnte die Verzögerung beim z.B. Einschalten der Grund dafür sein, dass der Reset nicht funktioniert?
      Ich habe es nun so oft probiert, auch mit Berücksichtigung der Verzögerung, aber es funktioniert nicht.. Gibt es keinen anderen Weg die Lampe zurückzusetzen?

      Ja - die einschaltverzögerung kann definitv ein Grund dafür sein, dass der Reset nicht funktioniert! Können Sie vielleicht einmal versuchen die Lampe wo anders anzuschließen - etwa an einem externen Schalter? Bitte lassen Sie die Leuchte auch min. 30 Sekunden ausgeschalten, bevor Sie den reset versuchen!

      Ich habe es auch zig Male Probiert. Ich habe zwei identische Leuchten parallel geachaltert, bei einer hats irgendwann funktioniert bei der anderen nicht. Das ist vollkommen unmöglich bei Parallelschaltung😂

      then the reset wass successful! please try to reset the remote as well:

    Hello,
    This sequence is not working for my SMLm-c13g-E27. I left the lamp off for longer than 1 minute before I started the procedure but the reset does not seem to work for me. Also the reason I wanted to reset the lamp is that it suddenly stopped connecting to the awox smart connect app. Do you have any suggestions for me?

      If installed in the AWOX App you should open the Controller menu Keep your finger on the remote Symbol and wait for the Details screen. (Make sure the remote ist active in Smartphone app ( press on and blue button at the same time for some secomnds till remote flashes) There you can tip on the garbage tray and erase the remote in the app which simultanously resets the remote whilst killing the pairing. After that log in the remote for new. open the remote menue and activate all Buttons for the lamps you want to Control. Make sure to tip on the save button (floppy Disc Icon).
      And my final hint: make sure you have a proper BT device to run the AWOX app. I own 2 androids not capable to Keep stable BT connection. Just one Apple device works fine.

    I did it, but after the pattern die Bulbs do neither turn red nor flash. They just behave like a regular analog bulb :(

Es ist eine Fernbedienung und Leuchtmittel im Paket enthalten, aber laut ihrer Homepage bietet diese Leuchte keine Fernbedienung und keinen Farbwechsel. Das kann doch nicht sein, denn auf der Verpackung wird damit geworben und es ist ja auch eine Fernbedienung dabei...

    During the second 13 second on phase my light just turns off after 8 seconds this interrupting the resetting process.
    It's not just during the resetting process but everytime I turn it on eit just goes off after 8 to 10 seconds.
    And the app says that im out of range after ot went off by itself

    This reset procedure did not work for me. I've turned the lamp off, waited one minute and followed the video afterwards. I've tried it about 10 times now without succes. I've had another Eglo LED panel before (I had to return it because of other issues) on which this process worked, but this one just won't reset.

      I want to add that I've tried resetting the device via my phone and via the remote, according to the instructions on the Eglo website.
      Now I have my lamp stuck in "color cycle" mode whilst it is disconnected from my remote and my phone...
      As far as I have read the only way to connect my phone or remote again is to reset the lamp, which doesn't work.

      if the RESET does not work after trying multiple times - this might be indicating that the luminaire might be defective! in this case, please exchange it at your local reseller for a new one!

      Hello,
      We did a combination like that for various reasons.
      Firstly - we didn’t want kids to reset the lamps all the time by playing with the lightswitch at home. Especially when there are more than just one light connected to the wallswitch. Furthermore, a button on the back of the lamp is also not a good solution - because then you would always have to get a ladder and dismount the lamp. Also annoying when there are more than one lamp.
      This is the reason why we came up with that reset procedure!
      We hope that you now have a better understanding why we decided us to go for that procedure!

      @@EGLOunited That might be the problem: For you 1s+6s+1s+6s+1s+6s+12s+6s+12s+6s is "only about 30sec". For the rest of the world is 56sec. So should we be twice as fast with the sequence to meet your "30 secs"? I tried it now for ~10-EGLO-times (19 real-world-tries). This is crap, i'll return my 150€-lamp!

      @@EGLOunited that doesn't in fact happen. Via the Awox app it tells me to switch on and off for 7 times for 1 second the lamp and it actually turns red. Then I try and do the procedure to connect it via wifi (switch on and off for 3 times, it flashes blue, then again with the slow flashing), but when I try ti connect via wifi to the lamp "AP_ConfigXXXX..." it always says that it's impossible to connect to the device and the lamp becomes red again...

      Bitte setzen Sie noch die Fernbedienung wie folgt auf Werkseinstellung zurück:
      Drücken und halten Sie die Taste „Ein“ und „Farbzyklus“ und halten diese für ca. 3 Sekunden gedrückt (bis die LED auf der FB ein paar Mal blinkt).
      Dann sollte es möglich sein, die Leuchten mittels 3 Sekunden langen Drücken der „EIN“-Taste mit der Fernbedienung zu verbinden.

      Bitte lassen Sie vor Beginn des Reset die Leuchten min 30 Sekunden ausgeschalten. Wiederholen Sie die Sequenz wenn nötig 2-3 mal.
      Dann sollte die Lampe ein paar Mal blinken und anschließend wieder beginnen dauerhaft rot zu leuchten. Danach kann die Lampe wieder mit Ihren Controllern verbunden werden.

      Please make sure if you have a connect BLUETOOTH device or a WIFI device.
      With Bluetooth you don’t need it to shine in blue, use this sequence in the video above to reset the lamp. After that add it into “my devices”

    there are at least 3 versions of switch resets to find.
    For Fueva C you should use the 0,5s on 3s off (3times) followed by 5s on 3soff ( 2 times) scheme to reset your lamp. Good luck.

    Hello I’ve tried so many times to connect my light to the wifi. But it has never worked. I’ve stopped to count, but I’m around 50 times. I’ve got the rectangle light and I do the commands with the remote control, it doesn’t work. Yet I do exactly what they say and at the right time even though it is really difficult with the remote control… And I did power off for at least 30 seconds and then did the manipulation, which is not easy, but It NEVER worked.
    This is too late to get a demand exchange because I got the light for one year at least.
    I really needed to get the control on my phone because the remote is not that practical and easy to use and it lets less control possibilities.
    I’m really disappointed due to the price of the light (100€) and the fact that the app control does en work with me.
    PS : there is not the same orders according to the app or this video…

    This is a Bulbshit!
    There is no other colours except yellow, no matter how many times I try to reset the Bulbshit, can't connect to the 'APConfig_XXX network' because there is no such network, no matter if Bulbshit is on. And, of course, I did the factory reset first, I tried to reset the Bulbshit properly and my Bluetooth and WiFi is ON.

    97961 - reset does not work. The lamp does not respond to the remote control in any way. The first time the red mode was turned on, there was no.

      Hallo,
      Bitte versuchen Sie mal die Leuchte vor Beginn der Sequenz für min. 30 Sekunden auszuschalten. Sie können auch die Sequenz 3-4 mal wiederholen. Um die Leuchte auf dem anderen Handy steuern zu können - müssen Sie sich lediglich mit dem selben Konto dort anmelden.

    Hallo 👋🏾
    Habe 3 Lampen und alles funktioniert super und ebenfalls mit der App habe ich keine Probleme.
    Nur ist es so dass es bei einer Lampe (bei mir im Schlafzimmer) auch nach dem ausschalten der Lampe mit der App immer noch ein bisschen blau leuchtet und daher mein Zimmer nicht ganz dunkel ist. Was kann ich tun dass es wie die anderen 2 Lampen auch ganz dunkel ist?

      Bitte versuchen Sie mal, die Phase und den Nullleiter zu vertauschen, vielleicht bringt dies den gewünschten Erfolg! Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, würden wir Sie bitten die Leuchte einmal gegen eine neue auszutauschen. Es könnte sich nämlich um einen Defekt handeln.

    The reset works but it did not help with the controller 2.. i put it in smartphone mode but my phone did not found it okay i can life with that but now i cant control the lamps anymore battery out and in did not help tryed to reset and connect did not work.. Jesus i just want New lamps with controls like my OSRAM just a little controller and put the lamp in amd it works..
