I got to see this video. I been playing with Lepic for 2 weeks and he has been so much fun. I sweep rooms and my ultimate is up in 20 secs and can usually get it off 2-3 or 4 times depending on how well the team is optimized in the dual bosses room.
I'm with you brother. I love Freyna, but after I maxed her out for dungeons and boss, I had to move on because I want variety and Freyna is a bit boring in 400. My build is similar to yours except I throw an extra HP mod since I'm not very good and dying is embarassing lol
I prefer relying on Kings Guard Lance for traction grenades. His normal grenades just feel too weak to rely only on them during it between his ultimate. And power unit charge works on the turrets too and traction means you can pop all 3 turrets in same spot for ultimate damage and freeze. Very effective I find and it lets me build him much more tanky too so I never really have to worry in dungeons. Power unit charge also means I’m using his guns for dps on the bosses once im there. His ultimate becomes another mobbing skill especially with max range and cooldown. You just dont need to invest in much skill power on him due to power unit charge with traction grenades. Okay, after watching your video and several others, there are some errors. The ultimate shot count is not increased by increasing your magazine size, unlike Freyna. You most definitely need sharp precision shot and fire rate up, but this helps get the shots out quicker during the casting time of your ultimate (duration). The cost of each shot consumes Mana, so it is a must to get MAX MP on your component to get the most shots off. MP Recovery (in/out) helps as the MP Modifier Regens your mana as long as you don't take damage. Also putting on the AMP mods is a huge damage loss. You are better off putting the one CRIT RTG MOD AND CRIT DMG MOD for the impact damage .I do 2.1 million damage on impact hit and 82k damage on tic (DOT). I also get off 14 shots, so yea, the rooms get decimated, and the bosses get melted. Fire Materialezed Reactor: COST/COOLDOWN both Godl Mounting: Wave of Light - Green Ammo which has the shorter wind up time of .4 vs. all other ammo of .5 with Sharp Precision Shot and Fire Rate Up. Slayer Set: MP Recovery In/Out with MAX MP 154 Transcended Mod: Fire Arm Master for the perks: 1. Range Increase On Reload - so I shoot once , Reload and then traction grenade and prep the burn before. 2. Skill Damage Increase on weapon swap which his Ultimate counts as a weapon swap. So what I do is prep the burn, shoot Reload, and then ultimate while rolling to cancel the animation, and what you get is pure awesomeness. One player once told me: Bring Out The Power of The Sun. I don’t see a way to run crits and have the cooldowns. Without that I’m dead, no matter how strong the build is. Good tips tho. The mag size mods are for freyna-I use the secret garden on her too and she nor Lepic actually need to shoot it so I minimized investments. I appreciate you looking out. The logic is sound.
@TuxedoBandido yes, exactly... I have a Bunny, too... I use it solo or when my friends and I plan out an excursion and a Bunny is needed. Truth be told, I do not have a Freyna but since the buff I've lost interest in finishing the grind for her.

Thundercage is a great alternative to spamming grenades, while damaging enemies in tow
Nah u gotta try just setting up all 3 Kings Guard Lance turrets in the kill spot for max damage and freeze.

If I join a group and there is a Freyna on it, I immediately withdraw back to Albion. It's just not fun. I'll take bunny any day over Freyna.
yeah, i have those days too. Most days. But its the same with bunny for me. theyre good solo farmers though, thats how i use them
