My ex broke up with me for a second time. It’s crazy because I got him back with NC and now I’m back to where I was before, watching these videos. Don’t know if our relationship is even healthy but these somehow get me through the day even if there’s not really any hope for the future

Chris, my ex came back after 3 months NO CONTACT, even though he said that we will never ever communicate again. He came back wanting my return, admitting his mistake, but could not say "sorry". I initiated 4 calls after that but he dissapeared again. What should i do now? No contacting again or?

I called him on the phone, he picked it up the 4th time, told him how disgusting was what happened the same day. He replied "Ok, someone calls me right now. I will call you in 5 minutes'''...it's been 6 months ever since

You have to apologise and give them space. You can't play dirty in an argument by cussing someone out and then use NC for further manipulation. That is not good. Use NC to give them a cool off period.
Me and my ex brokeup 3 weeks ago and i am in no contact since then. But whenever its needed to contact him, he doesnt reply properly as in he gets cold. I see him everyday at school and we dont talk over there as well. I dont know what’s going on anymore :)

my gf started going school after a long time and she had crush on a guy and i understand it's normal but then she start talking about him all day to her friends and she also tried to confess her feelings even though i was telling her that i don't feel comfortable about it.and that guy rejected her ....
after 2-3 days of rejection she got crush on her another classmate and then again she confessed her feelings through a mutual friend and i keep telling her i am not comfortable , it's hurting . but she didn't care about my feelings at all. she keep saying stuff like " i want to get noticed by him , i want to be friends with him but idk what will happen next "

No. You did the best thing. This girl has never invested in you. The basis of a relationship is loyalty. She should not even say she has a crush on anyone while she is in a relationship with you, let alone go tell them she likes them. That's completely unacceptable. Don't waste your time on someone who doesn't care about your feelings. There are so many people out there who are willing to love you with their all. Know your worth and don't let anyone play with your feelings.
