It's just simple to record.Any phone in which has pro mode in its video mode. just adjust the setting and start recording the sun rays you see the split of in your video. If your inbuilt camera doesn't allow you to shoot in pro mode use LIGHTROOM MOBILE, OPEN CAMERA apps to achieve these results.
Alternative way - If you can't perform this use any lens then shoot these light
PS: Don't shoot for long into direct sunlight it can damage the lens for long exposure.
