So far 18 clean is max bro.Going for more on next summer.
I can only do 5 weighted (+20kg) clean pull ups, its not bad for a 60 year old weighing 65kg. Keep up the great work.

Bro I struggle with my pull ups after my first set
I can do muscle ups (with a little kip) and in my first set of pull ups I do the first 7-8 reps easily explosive af with chest to bar and completely going down again I dont know how much I can do I stop after 10 I could maybe do 12-15 max
but in the 2nd set I already feel I only go with the chin above and cant reach 10 anymore
and in the third set I always can do only 5-6 reps…
How you keep up with that many reps
With dips and push ups I got strong so quick and a beast
But pull ups always were very hard
If I would give 100% in the first set I wouldnt be able to do no good sets afterwards
What should I do
And should I rather do only chin above bar pull ups instead of chest to bar pull ups in the first set and do 10 reps which would be easier so that I could also do maybe 8-10 reps in the 3rd set because Im not that tired?
how long do you rest in between sets? I need like 5 minutes when I do pull ups tbh
