So I came to good old RUclips and found your vid. Re-positioned the kicks and two minutes later all is well in the world again. Appreciate you bro!

@@Miltnificent for over an hour? you probably had those in the wrong position on the pad. I got two sets of these, so the one time this did happen I used one form the pair that was charging to locate coil.
In your case you would probably have to adjust the position of the shoes every so often and wait.

Thank you so much I left the house after taking the off the pad and trying to connect them to my phone but it wouldn’t work. I had another pair before this that broke so I was scared that the same thing happened again. I was plonking for things that would let my reset them and I was holding the buttons and they flashed red but it didn’t happen again. I thought I might give it one more try and clicked on this video and when I saw the thing about the charge level with the lights I figured out it must have been sitting off to the side of the pad and wasn’t fully on. They are charging now and fully working. Thank you!

I have a pair. Make sure you update the shoe every few months and turn off the shoe to keep the battery lasting longer

Haven’t charged mine in about 4 years. Just threw em on and now they won’t charge past 4% L and 5% R 😢
Wish I still had a pair of Adapts
I had the BB 2.0s and the battery in the right shoe failed, it would charge to full and then die within a day, eventually the right shoe wouldn’t charge at all which really sucked
Nike wouldn’t help me because they said I bought them through an “unauthorised” reseller so I ended up having to throw them away

Bro , im in the same faith as you. My right shoe stopped charging one fine day . I tried everything but it just doesnt wanna charge at all. My left side still works tho. I even contacted nike but they cant seem to help. This is the last time im buying any shoes with tech in it.

Hi,I got the nike adapt auto max and I didn’t wear them for like a week and today I tried to wear them,the right shoe wasn’t connecting to the app and when I was trying to reset them the left one worked but the other one didn’t.Got any advice?I think the shoe is dead,I’ve been trying to charge it for more than a hour.
If the shoe doesn’t exhibit any sign of power, it’s definitely an issue with the shoe itself. Call Nike to see if you can get a replacement

got the jordan adapts we charged them up and got them all set up he wore them one day was going to wear them the next and only one shoe will turn on i have tried to hard reset them and nothing is working he also has a pair of bb's that wont turn on now
Try to charge one shoe at a time using the charging pad. Make sure the shoe is aligned with the circle on the charging pad. It could be the motor not receiving a charge or the Pad itself is not giving the charge. It sounds like you have two different charging Pads so you can also test that way as well.

Hey dude i tried to charge my adapt and my left shoe is changing but my right shoe is not do you have any solution...
I can't turn them on can't reset can't lace ....
Nothing works they just turned off
If you point out these topics to Nike, sometimes they will be able to assist with a replacement in stock.

My Adapt BBs did the same thing. I had to hard reset them before they gave me the red lights. I wanted the 11s but if they fit anything like the ball shoes, I'll leave them alone until the design changes a little more and there's more space in the heel cup.
They actually have the most cushion between the adapt BB 1 and 2
hey man, my Adapt BB 1.0 is facing the same issue now, I left it almost half day but it still not lighting up. would u mind sharing me how do you charge it again?
@@alanrichielaw it's more so how you're aligning the actual motor on the charging pad. Take both shoes off and use one to align the motor with the circle of the charging pad. It's not going to be in the middle of the shoe, so you may have to nudge it forward a little to charge.
@@alanrichielaw I pressed both buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds on one shoe, put that shoe on the charging plate and waited about 1 minute. The light started slowing blinking and I did the same process for the other one.

Whichever shoe is not charging, position the motor at the bottom so it's centered on the charging pad. Try taking one shoe off the charging pad first

When you call Nikes technical support team, they will likely instruct you to factory reset both shoes and to unpair both pairs from your phone/ Nike adapt app to restart the process.

I’d imagine it shouldn’t because that’s a thin layer of plastic that shouldn’t disturb the charge

The same charging pads work for the adapt series but have you tried positioning at least one shoe so that the sole (motor) sits directly on the charging circle on the pad? Leaving the shoe on their for at least 10 mins? I'm saying this because the shoe will need power and it sounds like the shoe is not receiving power (yet) from the charging pad itself
