Again, he is simply promising if he gets in an his terrible tariff plan is enacted, suddenly we will have all the money we need. Which is NUTS.

When asked to explain his policies, Trump says something like, "With me in charge, there will be no wars and no violence, and everyone will be rich." When asked for specifics, he ends up with a variation of the old Steve Martin routine on how to make a million dollars and not pay any taxes: "First, make a million dollars. And then don't pay any taxes." But Trump leaves out the "Well, excuuuuse me" bit, because he never thinks he needs to apologize.

That’s the idea. The Tariffs aren’t meant to punish those foreign countries, and the companies exporting products from those countries. The idea is to get US based companies a market advantage.
Like back in the 80s when they put a tax on pick up trucks being exported to the US.
It made Japanese trucks more expensive, which helped made American trucks “cheaper” so people will be more likely to buy American trucks.
And the real result was Toyota, and Mitsubishi building US plants

Trump has proposed a universal "10-20%" tariff on all U.S. imports, from cars and electronics to wine, food products and many other goods. He has also proposed a 60% tariff on imports from China. Independent economists say the proposed import tariffs would unquestionably result in higher prices for American consumers across the board.

Correction: In 1025, the letter "J" had not yet been introduced to the Latin alphabet, so "Project 1025" would not have been written with it. The letter "I" would have been used for both the vowel /i/ and the consonant /j/. Additionally, the Spencerian style of calligraphy, which Graphics used, didn't emerge until the 19th century! "Project 1025" should have been written in Carolingian Minuscule, the prevalent style of Latin script at that time.
King Charlemagne, who ruled over the Carolingian Empire between 768 and 814, noticed that the various calligraphic styles in use throughout his vast domains were making it difficult for his administration to function, as documents were not easily legible or standardized across regions. To address this, he tasked the monk Alcuin of York with creating a clear, uniform script that would be easier to read and understand. This script, later known as Carolingian Minuscule, was adopted throughout his empire and became a lasting influence on later European scripts, and still influencing modern lower-case letters today.

back before the 2016 election I used to go down to the states for LARP once a month (i'm canadian), have a bunch of friends down there, and TBH I really miss them, it could be a great country, and theres a lot of great events i'd love to attend... after the first election I stopped going, because I simply didn't feel safe or comfortable while he was in charge... but now, even if he looses again, I still don't think i'll ever feel safe visiting again. because when it effectively comes down to a coin toss on if any random person I meet believes I should even have the right to exist, i'm not taking those odds.
if he does win, my family and I are already talking about moving to europe, because as my family learned in 1940's poland, being neighbors to the fascists doesn't make you any safer.

Trump can't coherently explain any of his policies if his life depended on it, but the man (or at least his aides) _has_ policies, which are all clearly defined on his campaign website. Of course, they're also incredibly detrimental to the functions and advancement of society, much like Project 2025 (which is the director's cut of his horrific policies), and hence they're wildly unpopular to the majority of Americans.
Basically, for far-right conservatives who can't stand Trump's insipid rambling, but hate women's rights and LGBTQ+ people even more, they can just retreat from public discourse and go to his website instead. For everyone else, all of Trump's actual policy plans are freakishly bad, so in a weird way, it's better for him to never talk about them at all.

How many thousands of tempoary law enforcement officers will he have to employ just for that job? How many detention centers he will need to house 20 million people? How will he transport all those people to the countries of their origin? How will he convince those countries to take those millions of people?
