Catch Flame as a starting spell for prophet makes it a sleeper class for RL80 and below. It's kind of crazy how much fire and holy damage shine at lower levels.
Hell yeah, I've been loving Limgrave-only myself and this build is choice. I've been debating on a complete ruleset for myself to take advantage of all the little oddities in Limgrave. For the sake of build diversity, I think getting the basic Gurranq stuff is fair enough, though any true Caelid gear is out. I'm also inclined to allow the Blessed Dew talisman from the portal in the Tower of Return, given that it goes to a locked area where you can't progress and is one of few passive recovery items for drawn out invasions. The Siofra Well is another area that functionally dead-ends and is accessed exclusively underneath Limgrave, and I like the idea of having access to both scarseals (not that they'd be good together). That dragon halberd is pretty OP at low level and would be a nice backup against OLPs too, though that's a tougher call. It's annoying you need to run through Liurnia to get the infinite bloody finger and it feels reasonable to get it (and even the volcano manor finger just for faster invasions, and Scaled Armor if you're cheeky). You can get another 5 fingers if you kill Varre (iirc), though reloading the save is a commitment regardless. I miss doing this in DS3 where I could just ice Leonhard to get the uncracked Red Eye Orb but, alas, Elden Ring demands chores.
I would love to see builds for each area of the game, uskng the best weapons and spells that you can only find in those specific areas 😊 Next Liurinia of the lakes only build?
recently got back into playing and saw you in the arena the other day, gg bredda. limgrave only build can be pretty strong honestly, halberd catch flame has been good since day 1.
15:00 Meme build characters (esp the face) always cracked me up😂 Btw, even if you're an STR or DEX build, Limgrave build is arguably the strongest because there are insane 'basic' AoW in Limgrave (even for PvP): Storm Stomp, Endure. You can pair them with drop items from the Banished Knights (their GS and halberg). But maybe that would be too easy or too powerful for defeating casual or noobs? If you fight twinks or overleved it's still honorable tho.
You're a noble invader, Sgt Jager, a lot more noble than me, by taking advantage of DLC gear unless the host is alone and a noob. Also that face @15:00 😂😂
I always saw the Weeping Peninsula as part of Limgrave. I mean its really no different than the Dragonbarrow being part of Caelid or Mt. Gelmir being part of Altus.
Does Siofra River count wit the ruleset? Since you do find the entrance in Limgrave. The prospect of having the Dragon Halberd available has always kind of made me a little apathetic towards trying the challenge since that weapon alone is stronger than most twink weapons at low levels.
11:01 Erdsteel gets good by late game, in early game however it's severely held back by being the lowest base damage weapon for every infusion, having double faith scaling doesn't help there, Sacred Misericorde is just better.
hope the fuck not it isnt. Im more looking forward to what fromsoftware is cooking up next and i hope to god its more pvp focused instead of the slop pvp we got in elden ring lmao
I have a level 20 bow build starting as thief class so i can use the shortbow. I like using elemental arrows. The damage is ok at such a low level unlike meta or higher. Low levels are actually really fun and has a lot of activity
I have a level 20 build mostly kept to limgrave stuff, and I'm using it to help as a summon, I tried invading and immediately ran into 3 fully equipped ganks made for destroying low level invaders... So Imma stick to taunter's tongue and co-op for now, I'm just a regular player not a PvP master lol
Started playing with a limgrave only character some time ago and man it's fun after getting bored with full twink invasions. I'd definitely say the faith and arcane investment are less ideal than just pumping those points to vigor. Also hope you enjoy farming the grave scythe and knights greatsword.

Low level is based as it gets most of what little activity is left in this game. Plus farming over leveled babysitters is euphoric
Are you referring to multiplayer when you say little activity?

Doing this as I type. I’ve been looking for something chill and fun at low level. Thanks, 😊
Would love to see a Liurnia version of this sometime. Great video!

It’s difficult to come in prepared for password summon DLC phantoms at this level while not griefing honest co op players
You can plus 2 the somber's btw, assisting blaide with the gaol fight gives you a +2

Not sure if you mentioned it but you can kill the chariot in the Fringefolk Hero cave and get the Erdtree Greatbow. 👍

I did this before and the worst part i had was there is a single rot cure in limgrave and overlevel or twink phantoms love there rot breath
blood shamshir is nasty at level 25
54 minutes of sgt deer?
I literally beat 80% of bosses with Reduvia only, light load too so barely any armor 😂
"limgrave only" has TT therefore it is ganker ready op op confirmed
wouldnt it be better to be 25 and then use the sorseal? 5 more points in strength dex stamina :P
The point is to only use items in the Limgrave area. Soreseal is in Dragonbarrow
