    I don’t understand Tamil that much , so please bare with my doubts , so u grinded previous day and let the batter ferment fully . Did u add salt before packing ? It’s not going to over ferment in freezer ? I tried making this but didn’t get it right . Is it possible to type the tips for storing and freezing in English

      Hi @alkajoseph...!
      I did grind the batter one day, leave it to ferment without adding salt (salt hinders the fermentation process) then divide the batter into various freezer packs, and did store those all in the freezer. No, it wont get over ferment in the frozen stage. You can use these batter for upto two months.
      On the previous night of using your batter, let it thaw in the refrigerator. I should have come batter consistency the next morning.. if not just put the tightly sealed batter bags in room temperature water before using until the desired consistency is reached.
      One last note, Dosa works best with this batter 😊

      Hi Anitha.. delivery ku apram feeding mothers indha idly batter use panalam.. it's very safe.. na intha batter la senja idly dosa dhan sapten .. we used the frozen food items for about two months ❤️ very safe and hygienic 😊
