Great content.. ap ka channel unique or info unique ha.. mujay or koi channel aisa nahi mila jo mera liye itna helpful or motivational ho. I spent more time in my home chores rather than social media. Nimra if possible please bachon k school lunch ki recipes bhi batayain jo easily pehlay bana k freezer ma store ho jayain or subha jaldi ready ho jayain. JazakALLAH

Ap se request hy k next meal prep mn Agar ap isay postpartum k hisab se thora modify kr den ya guide kr den qu k wo diet thori si different hogi jis se idea ho jaye ga k hm kia kia or kis trah freeze kr k rkh skty hn.. 1st pregnancy hy or abroad without any support.. To mjhy is se related Pakistani content ziada nhn mil rha

Wash and dry completely. Phir usko paper towel or kitchen towel ma wrap kar ky rakh dain! I store it in a ziplock bag or airtight container
