With any guitar that has a tremolo and no locking nut, you have to do a proper setup, lube the nut, adjust the trem. It may leave the factory perfect, with with weather change, moisture in the air, it can all affect the tuning stability of the guitar.
What?!? One of the most expensive guitars out there and it DOESN'T stay in tune??? I wanted to buy this guitar soooo much but this is an enormous turn off....

It does. Set it up, lube the nut (Planet Waves Lubrikit is great), string the guitar properly, stretch the strings and you're good to go.
