There is no life for hard work people who work their ass off for 30-40 years just to pay off mortgage & expensive car insurances. Firstly, the government charges 4times the tuition fee to international students for their low standard community colleges then charge 3times car insurance as compared to citizens. Then charge you a million dollars for a small house that merely cost 2-3 lakh dollars just to collect taxes & make you a slave for the rest of your life. The only way to escape this slavery is to make money here & invest back in India & make assests that can bring you regular monthly income.

Not everything is accurate and lot is exaggerated. Builders make money by holding land for 4-5yrs as land costs are less but 5 -6% growth is on the full price of house so which in turn lot profits grew almost double. Builder makes majority of the profit on the land and 18-20 percent profit margin is added on construction
