The residences the US and Canadian officials stayed at were being frequently fumigated due to the Zika virus that’s transmitted through mosquitoes and the pesticide used had a component that inhibited an enzyme needed for proper nervous system functioning

Both authors latch onto a random person in Werner's life - one Wentworth Prentice, the other Han Shou-ch'ing - and then built an entire narrative around how that person killed her. To my knowledge there is no evidence that such a sex slavery ring even existed as described in the first book, or any real reason why Han should have been considered a killer in the second.

When cops declare a death a suicide in the face of absolutely undeniable evidence to the contrary, you can almost bet that the perpetrator is either a cop or someone int he legal or political system. Before he was going to open it up he needed funding and weed and was going to meet with someone. He never told us who this someone was but said after work that day he would go see them. We finished work at around 11 pm and we went our separate ways. He had asked my brother and I to go with him as some added muscle as we were two big looking guys (I’m tall my brothers stocky). We had said no as we really didn’t want to get involved in something potentially illegal and he never told us the whole story or who he was meeting. About a week goes by and we dont hear from him or see him at work so we send him a message on facebook and Snapchat to see if he will respond....nothing. Then another couple of weeks go by and we dont hear from him. We didn’t think it was suspicious in any way as we work in film and he saw himself as Heath Ledger when it came to auditions, locking himself away and never talking to anyone in prepping for a role, hell he even wanted to audition for big brother canada by going on top of the san fransico bridge and waving a Canadian flag talking about how he would win and what he would do with the money. Now More time goes by and my brother looks on snap and see his bitmoji going around BC. Then one day it just stops. A month goes by and then we see on facebook that he is reported as a missing person. To this day we have no idea where he is, what’s happened to him, or who he met that night. His parents are still hoping they will find him but nothing. My brother and I think that maybe he just quietly moved to LA and has been living down there comfortably. But i think something else happpend that night. He’s been missing for two years now and his parents are heartbroken. Hoping one day their son will come home or contact them in anyway......Wherever you are buddy, i hope that everything is well....

11:36 Update: DNA Doe Project identified the Sumter County Does. Sumter County Sheriff's Office announced their names in a presser. Jock Doe was *James Paul Freund (JPF)* of Lancaster, PA, Jane Doe was *Pamela Mae Buckley* of Colorado Springs, CO. Both were reported missing in 1975 and likely met while hitchhiking. James was 30 and Pamela was 25 when they died. The murder investigation is still ongoing. Sheriff said they hope in the next few month to be able to publicly identify their killer. Rest in peace. Edit: Apparently James played football in high school (which explains the contact sport angle) and served in the Army and was stationed in Germany in 1966 (which explains the type of tooth filling which was rare in the US but maybe not in Europe).

The Sumter County Does case was at least partially solved. Their names were Pamela Buckley and James Freund, and they were identified using DNA in 2021. However, their murderer is still unknown. (It sounds as if the person you mentioned is one of the most likely suspects, though!)

5:56 Hospital grade ultrasonic washers make the same sound. It may sound quiet and thus harmless but it's 80 dB and causes damage if being exposed to it long enough.

The DNA Doe Project has received funding for the Sumter County Does' cases... Hopefully they can find out who they were. They've had really good success... I mean, they helped to identify Lyle Stevik.

I'm binging your channel since I found it, Lazy. Very clear narration. May I suggest military or ranger stories of either war, deaths or paranormal stuff they've seen? Apparently, those guys see a lot of it, but there's something appealing about trained guys encountering the unexplained.

11:36 Update: DNA Doe Project identified the Sumter County Does. Sumter County Sheriff's Office announced their names in a presser.
Jock Doe was *James Paul Freund (JPF)* of Lancaster, PA, Jane Doe was *Pamela Mae Buckley* of Colorado Springs, CO.
Both were reported missing in 1975 and likely met while hitchhiking. James was 30 and Pamela was 25 when they died. The murder investigation is still ongoing. Sheriff said they hope in the next few month to be able to publicly identify their killer. Rest in peace.
Edit: Apparently James played football in high school (which explains the contact sport angle) and served in the Army and was stationed in Germany in 1966 (which explains the type of tooth filling which was rare in the US but maybe not in Europe).
