Once, my thing was attacked, and my friends were laughing as the army destroyed me, then the army destroyed them and they rage quit, blamed me for the whole thing, gradually rebuilt the friendship, then lost it again in monopoly.

I think my favourite thing about you guys is you are genuine friends in real life and it shows, you don't filter what you say or worry that you're going to offend each other because you know at the end of the day, it's all for a laugh and it's honestly pretty refreshing when it comes to group streams. You don't bother with the politeness because you all know each too well to care.

@@markkaistone6419 When you're used to the mechanics yeah, but it's easy to neglect some parts of your economy or even your defense or forget to keep building your town when attacking. It's easy to get so focused on what you're doing that you forget about what's happening on the other side of the map

I think you might read captions slower than grandma, no worries she says hilarious shit mid anything if she can't quite hear it in an attempt to repeat heard information. The amount of intense brain fog I've had from her just existing in the same room is insane but other than that she's fairly easy to figure out.

I used to play age of empires a ton, but I would always get distracted by random made up stories about my pawns....
As in I was doing the Mongol horde campaign one time and I had somehow decided that one of the horse archers had fallen in love with a farmer woman, so everytime the archers went into a battle I made sure that one dude got out alive, and I would give him vacation to go and stand by her farm in the middle of the town for like an hour while everyone else fought and died...
What a wonderful story

After all this time, I still just don't know which is better: Cath constantly aiding and abetting the enemy. Or being able to feel a void open inside Ellis when he finds out about the raid.

5:10 That's exactly what the old Age of Empire 1 AI would do, build walls of towers that would spend entire games just shooting at each other. So WPE reached the intellect level of AOE1 AI.
DeMuslim is not just a highly ranked AoE player... he's top class in SC2 as well, for example. He's kinda considered masterclass across the genre.^^
