Overall, I find this design very, very attractive and well put together in terms of maximizing utilization of space while ticking all the boxes in terms of number of house functionalities achieved. I like the usage of the space under the stairs very smart for it combines an individual WC and Laundry at once within an area of houses which is usually wasted. When for the plan? And how much will it sell for?

Forgot another question: Can you explain how you will get the piping out of the bathroom (tub, sink and WC soiled waters) out to the ground? You have no kitchen or bathroom or laundry room under it on the ground floor...Waiting for an answer. Thank you!

The pipes carrying the soiled water from the bathroom fixtures would likely run vertically within the walls or floors of the upper floors until they reach the ground level. Once the waste pipes reach the ground level, they would be connected to the main sewage or drainage system of the building.

It's generally a good layout, but compromises were made to fit everything in. The laundry with a toilet off the living room is less than ideal, and though the kitchen has good cabinets, a pantry would be welcome, as would be a coat closet near the entry.
