@@lukesylvester2022 Yeah, be careful. Tritons are known to be too reliable. They can go 500,000 miles without even a fuel mileage decrease or a putter. Super great truck and super reliable powertrain. Be super careful, it's super fun.
@@lukesylvester2022 Still have my parents 2003 F150 and my own 2005 F150. Still running and still running strong. The new 6.7 powerstrokes were trash. Ended up buying 2 older 7.3 powerstrokes, haven't had any problems yet. So, speak for yourself. I'll gladly take Triton over the Vortec and Hemi. Much more reliable and trustworthy.
@@tinobino4450 2007 f150 3v 5.4. been in the shop countless times and is sitting torn apart right now. Timing components replaced 3 times within its life. Transmission dropped at 100k and at 180k the entire drive train getting redone. Look up worst engines of all time. Ask just about any mechanic. Yeah anything lasts if you care for it. But by caring for it, your having to do alot more work then whats normally required for a motor like that. Probably doesn't seem bad compared to newer engines but its still a bad engine design. Also the 6.7 power stroke cant be entirely garbage because quite a few have reached high mileage.
This is the exact truck I own. 07 w/ chrome delete package 4x4 w/ 6.5’ bed.
be careful with the triton
