Hi Derpti. It's been just a week that I've come across your workout videos. And I am just loving them. So, the problem is, otherwise too I am 35 years old, a mother of two kids, 12 and 8 years and m really an active person, yoga, walk. And the food I eat too is always simple..no fried. But I eat loooot of sweets. If not market ki mithai...ghar ka ghee gud, churma, halwa, maalpu...what not. I've tried to substitute them with dates but all in vain. I feel really weak if I don't take heavy meetha, I am not able to concentrate on my work until I eat it. The impact comes on my stomach and bust. The rest whole body is fit.
It's because our body craves sugars....start eating fruits on a regular basis, your body will demand less sugars as it is satisfied with natural sugars Starting mei thoda difficult jayega but u can do it👍

I am 65 kg and my age is 40. I have to burn upper arm part and thighs . Due to this my knee part is very fatty. My diet is as you suggested only. your videos are having a very nice music and songs are selected so nicely.that one cannot herself from dancing. I am very lazy in dancing but when i lusten the voice of your videos I staet dancing and donot feel tired for half an hour energy comes from your lovely smiling face.As I am 100 kg. weight niw it was 105.3 now reduced 5 kg with Yoga and diet.
