  • Watch in HD! I went up north to the Feather River Canyon last week from Thursday to Sunday, and I caught a TON of Detour traffic through the Canyon. Featured in this video are three Coal trains, two with SP leaders, a BNSF fakebonnet on the point of a Provo Manifest, two CSXT engines including an SD40-2, William's Loop, Keddie Wye, Serpentine Canyon, Clio Trestle, Stack Trains, Manifests, Grain, Coal, and Ethanol trains and more!
Big shoutout to youtube user C60AC for giving me a ton of information that proved vital to my trip through the Canyon.

Excellent shots. I'm very glad you got that ethanol train and the csx units with the coal train right behind it. I saw those two that evening here in town when I went to grab dinner and they paused for an eastbound.

TERRIFIC VIDEO! I will save the link to this one, and watch it again and again. WP was such a great route thru the Sierra! Thanks much for your efforts in tracking individual trains in different locations, and for shooting much footage away from crossings, thus avoiding the incessant crossing bell noises!

Excellent work. Fantastic quality in beautiful scenery. I especially liked the high up shots looking down at the trains in the canyon. really gives a good look at the depth of this place. beautiful video.

Tolle Landschaften aber die Züge sind eintönig und langweilig.
