Hi!! I have second degree burn, now my healing skin has dark spots
(looking online they're melanin spots returning normal darker color) ,
did that happen to you? Will these " polka dot melanin spots"
    disappear?

Will fade with time as your skin is constantly regenerating new cells. Keep skin hydrated. I have old 2nd degree burns with blisters a couple years ago and they're about faded.
