Hiiiii!! I’m going to Disney World for the DCIP program in about a week and I’m SO GLAD i found your video. It really helped me out a lot in packing my stuff and being prepared for the first apartment style dorm experience I’m going to have! THANK YOU SM FOR THE VIDEO :)
yay!!! Congratulations! I’m so happy I was able to help!
Thank you for all the info !! Im coming in august I can’t wait
omg congrats!! flamingo is super nice so you’ll have a blast!
Hello! I was curious what video editing software you used?
What size bed sheets do we need to bring? How many pairs of clothes would you recommend if doing the DCP for five months?
Hey! I’m doing the program and January and I’m hoping for a 4x4 ofc but if I want a 4x4 should I still apply and link with a roommate?
Congrats on your program!!! I’d definitely recommend linking with a roommate just make sure they also want a 4x4 (just remember it’s not guaranteed)
Hi! I’m a Jan arrival too! 1/17! Hope to see you there!
@@hopesullivan524 I’m 1/9 and yea for sure!:)
One thing that keeps crossing my mind when I watch your videos, especially recently now that you are finishing school, is that I can't even fathom a better candidate for a job at Disney. Aside from nepotism relating to an exec or something, how could you not be number 1 on every list. 4.00 gpa, CP alum with glowing reviews, FSU degree in hospitability, prior experience working for theme parks, the networking gained during the CP as well as the certifications you acquired, etc.
How can anyone else even come close to that? I can't imagine going toe-to-toe against you in applying for a job at Disney. It's hubris on the part of any recruiter to suggest otherwise, or they are slow-rolling you so they don't overplay their hand.
I have met people like you in my life, really successful people, and it feels like they are running down hill. I always wondered how and why that was and it occurred to me that it is similar to someone who loves the piano and loves practicing it, versus someone who can play the piano and is just trying to become proficient. You can't compete against people like you because they are relentless, driven not by salary or prestige but passion.
If you can't/don't get a job at Disney nobody can.
Aw thank you so much! I’m literally tearing up
I can’t see your packing list. Heeelp??
Hi Carolyn. Can you link your google drive file again? It says no preview available. File is in owner’s trash.
Hi Brenda! It should be fixed now. Let me know if you still can't access it. Thanks for watching!
Omg! You were Morgan’s roomie! (Btw this is Dan’s wife Chrissy) we love Morgan! Sad she’s he went back home!
Yep I was Morgan's roommate!!! Lol too funny
That’s so cool! Yes I even got a rain jacket like hers and earrings! Lol we are planning on doing DCP :) I have a gf there now and a sorority sis that did CP in2011 and intern.. works there FT still!
Can you copy paste packing list??
I just got accepted into the program for Jan 2024 and I was wondering how check in works if your parents come help you move in
You just tell the security people you're moving in and they'll let you and your parents through no problem! after move in day though you're only allowed 2 guests at a time
Congrats! My daughter was also accepted for Jan '24.
Ayyyy maybe I’ll see you there, also moving in Jan
I love you Carolyn
Thank you for watching!
