Anagram is rearranging the letters of a word to produce a new word.

According to Put Reading First (2001), vocabulary refers to the words we must know to communicate effectively. Vocabulary is important in oral reading instruction and word knowledge is critical to comprehension (Davis, 1944). The National Reading Panel (NRP, 2000) concluded that vocabulary instruction leads to gains in comprehension, but that the methods utilized must be geared to the age and ability of the reader.
