Cool; i will wait for your future complete review of the Karoo 4 on wet & dry asphalted roads & on dirt roads (gravel & forest). Thanks; best regards from Montreal.
i have now 6000 km on the Karoo4 on a 890 ADV R. The rear is finished now, this tire is very good on asphalt/tarmac and even in the wet. Offroad it just works as it should work and it has more traction to the side than the Karoo3. I am very happy with it even if i ride mostly on roads (Germany) where Offroad is forbidden. For the annual trips to Italy or France its absolutely worth it to ride it the whole year. I cannot complain, i would like to try the AX41 but i think it will last way shorter than the Karoo4 because of my riding profile mostly on the road.
I love the AX41. Yes, they don't last long but I'm not traveling across the country. I just make sure that I have a new set on before I leave for my annual 10 day trip. Love your informative videos.

Hi Kyle, I tried the Karoo4 this spring/summer season on my GS 1250. Very reliable tyre. Better than the Anakee Wild which I used last year. Lasted more than 8.000 km. Did lots of TET, ACT and unmarked offroad in Slovenia, Hungaria, Bosnia, Romania, Greece and Albania. Furthermore some nice tarmac passes in the European Alps e.g. Stelvio. Dry and wet conditions. No issues at all. For autumn/winter I currently use TKC80 in front and TKC70 in rear, like you suggested. Great combo, great fun. Next year I‘ll try the Heidenau K60 Ranger for a long trip in Scandinavia. Mostly offroad. Merry X-Mas and thanks for your hints and tips. Ray

I'd love to hear a comparison between the Dual Venture front, and the Anakee Wild front. I did the RallZ rear and the A Wild front for a bit, but can't say for sure how well it does by comparison because I was doing a West 38 course and riding outside of what I normally do, and because the Anakee Wild was at the end of it's lifespan. Hello Kyle, one question please. I just bought a 990 adventure, the S modell. Hi Kyle. I'm about to replace the front tyre on my T7 to get ready for a huge 8000km trip through Greece, Turkey, Georgia and Armenia. Mostly off-road. I have a D908 rear and don't know what to mount up front. I am replacing a Pirelli Scorpion Rally which has been incredible off-road, but unbearable in the road. What tyre would you recommend for my front, that is very good off-road but it's better than the Pirelli Rally on the road?
