I would like to say thank you so much for helping me get over my fear of taking apart consoles you’ve sparked my childhood dream of taking apart consoles and fixing and repairing and cleaning them because of you I now don’t have to spent hundreds for a repaste at a local repair shop! ❤

It's my pleasure, my friend. I've been servicing and repairing electronics for over 28 years, and I feel it's time to share my knowledge and help people, even if it's just in servicing their electronics or assisting in the comments. So, if there's anything you need help with, you can always leave a comment, and I'll get to it and help you out.
      cheers🍻

I’ve done this job before and I have to do it again. Watched your video for a refresher.
I applaud Microsoft for the ease of repairability on these things. Very easy to maintain.

thank you for the feedback, and yes MS have made it much easier than PS5 or ps4 that requires you remove 500screws and covers!!!
      cheers

Yeah, that little thing can be a pain sometimes, but I usually remove it and don't put it back-it’s not needed. Nice collection.
      cheers🍻

@@uFixTek I put it back because it’s my main console and I want all the parts in there.

If you're collecting it, then keep all the parts intact.
Becareful, though-they do have sharp edges.

@@uFixTek thanks for the reply man. My series S is not working after a power surge. I bought a PSU from the Amazon, installed it like in your tutorial but the xbox is still not turning on :( any idea what to do? I checked the motherboard or that great plate with micro processors, nothing look bad there. Only PSU smelled burnt

You may have a few components that are damaged. You will need a technician to take a look at the board and see where the short is on the board. 😔
