I just checked the unedited original video and both sides of the bun looked the same, they used flat rolls to make the burger by the look of it, the thinner side of the bun is usually the bottom and I did have the thinner side to the bottom. I guess I could have flipped it and that would have put the salad on the bottom but would have put the thicker side of the bun at the bottom as well, but the whole thing was still a mess. I have eaten thousands of burgers and owned a burger shop for years. and this was just a thrown together mess that I would never serve to a customer looking like that.

Both sides of the bun looked the same, but the thinner side was to the bottom. The burger was such a mess that it was hard to make heads or tails of it. Still tasted good in the end.

Interesting how they do things differently in different countries. In Australia is should be Lettuce, Tomato, Beetroot, Meat, Onion, Cheese, Bacon, Egg, Pineapple. Sauce can go on top of everything or on top of meat or both. 👍
