Before you start the game or after inserting your ID8 game card, you have the choice to go into the factory.
-Before starting the game/inserting card: press "view change"
-After inserting card: choose to go to factory
After you go into the factory, choose the car u want to edit and buy the cf hood!

You choosed the wrong tuning path, you had to choose the na racing engine instead of turbo or supercharger
