THANKS FOR THE VIDEO. The glass on the bottom frame was shattered and needed to be replaced. It was easy getting the window out since, without glass, it was more flexible. Once the glass was replaced-- getting it back inside the window frame was a nightmare. Your video helped me a great deal. Thanks for your assistance.
Keeping the window perfectly parallel is key. I spent 15 minutes trying to insert the lower window at a 45° angle before discovering this video. Thanks for the useful information!
Just bought a house and two of the windows wouldn't open. Fortunately, one of the balancers in each window was simply stuck at the bottom and I was able to fix it. Thank you so much for making it less intimidating!
