Boy this brings back memories of my childhood. It's one of those where you want to call your parents or grandparents to ask them how to make it but they're not here any longer. I haven't made it in quite some time, but your process is exactly as I remember it to be. I will be cooking pork hash tonight with my left over pulled pork. Thanks for bringing back memories of my mother and grandmother cooking this. I can't wait.

Saw you on tv with this a couple of years ago, made it after Thanksgiving and it’s a family favorite now! So good!

That looks so good and it takes me back to my childhood. We would always put our turkey hash over grit however. There were never any leftovers after mom and dad made hash for us down here in Georgia. 😊

Don't too many people know about turkey hash. My granny always made this a couple weeks or even a few days after Thanksgiving with leftover turkey. It's so delicious. I didn't know what she was doing and never knew it was this basic and easy to make!!! Thank you from KY ❤️

You guys are so sweet together. I made turkey hash today with a few more ingedients (butter, garlic, bell peppers) and my husband loved it. I sweated the veggies before adding the potatoes and broth. Thanks, guys.

We always had turkey hash every year also. We are from Lawrenceburg Ky. We also would use the leftover gravy in it.

Thanks Mr. Farmer, & Mr. Farmer. We cook a turkey breast every month. Will definitely make this the next turkey! God Bless, stay safe. EDIT: Sorry, I forgot the hot sauce.

Mr. Farmer, that is simple, delicious meal that you & Tim made. I never thought of making hash with turkey, but I will try it. I may even make a small turkey just for the hash. What were the seasonings other than the black pepper sir?, I have 3 sons, 2 daughters, it's always nice to see family members cooking together, God bless you all

Gramma made what she calls turkey hash. Everything, everything that was left from turkey dinner went into it. Turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, maybe even the cranberries! Served over fresh bisquits. I have never been able to replicate it.
