@@boseymcwhySouth Carolina ETV and the UNC-TV network didn’t go 24 hours until the new millennium. I think WYES in my hometown of New Orleans was 24 hours by the mid nineties. I know WGBH went 24 hours by 1996, and WNET? Well, they started to go 24 hours before anyone else (Save for WTVS in Detroit, who did so around 1982-1985) in the late 80s (around 1987)
Well...add WIPB to the list of stations playing "Aim High America." Also, one of the few PBS stations to do so. WYES New Orleans did it at one poinr,
WNMU too.
Interesting that as late as the mid 90s a station was still going off the air. I thought they were all 24 hours by the late 80s/early 90s
Yeah, it took the PBS stations a little longer to go 24 hours.

Do you by chance have an end of broadcast day TV sign off for WISH-TV 8 in Indianapolis?
I would say there's a pretty good chance that I do, but I'm not certain.
